At BATCH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse.
